Sales Coordinator – Remote

Globyz Biopharma Services supports Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech
companies with comparator sourcing, clinical packaging, labelling,
distribution for their global clinical trials, BioRepository services &
3PL solutions from its state-of-the-art local warehouse and depots across
Europe, North America, and Asia.

Job description:

As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for building new business
relationships and expanding the sales pipeline by attracting and qualifying
prospects who are evaluating or considering our services. Actively generate
leads from trade shows, events, campaigns, and other activities/sources move
them to potential sales qualified leads. Includes using LinkedIn to initiate
contact. Provide ongoing feedback to Sales & Marketing management on ways
to improve the prospecting process and increase results.

You will directly impact the growth of our business by generating leads
through email marketing campaigns and collaborating on targeted campaigns to
build and increase our customer base. Our onboarding is top-notch; you will
receive best-in-class training on our solutions, the industry we serve, and
various sales methodologies to ensure you are set up for success. This role is
the entry position into our sales organization, which will provide
organizational bench strength for other sales roles within our organization.


  • 🎓 Degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field preferred.
  • 🕐 1+ years of experience in a similar position preferred but not necessary.
  • 💼 Proficiency with a CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 🗣️ Strong communication skills.
  • 🔍 Attention to detail.
